Since I will only be seeking high rise buildings, there will be a public foyer. This is the space between the exterior doors, and the lobby doors. A visitor will need to contact the tenant to get let in. With that said, the public foyer could use the same phone number as the office, but this is a bit deceptive, and might put some tenants off guard. With that said, all public foyers will have a range of 00xx. For example, FSP Tower’s public foyer will be 555 0000. Building 2 will likely have 555 0001. This could allow for a ridiculous number of public foyers for up to 100 buildings which will likely never happen even if I was to receive gift apartments or buy buildings in financial distress.
